PACKTOYOU reserves the right to accept or decline any order for any reason regardless of customer’s receipt of an electronic or other form of order information.

PACKTOYOU does not ship outside the U.S. and U.S. Territories. All shipments are blind without the invoice included.Shipping is not refundable. Changes and Charges After Shipping At PACKTOYOU, Inc, we understand that customers may occasionally need to request changes to their order after it has been shipped. While we will make every effort to accommodate such requests, please note that changes after shipping may not always be feasible due to logistical constraints. Eligible changes may include updating delivery addresses or modifying non-essential elements of the order, while ineligible changes include altering essential product features or requesting a different product entirely. In cases where eligible changes can be accommodated, PACKTOYOU reserves the right to charge a fee to cover additional costs incurred. The assessment of change fees will be determined on a case-by-case basis, and customers will be informed of any applicable charges before proceeding. It is the customer's responsibility to communicate changes promptly and provide accurate information.
